Feeling Fat During Sex

What comes to mind when you think about sex? Is it the pleasurable feelings you share with your partner or the thought of them seeing your belly? If it's the latter, then it's time to change that thought process. Feeling self-conscious is not the way to be. But just like not trying to yell at a senior citizen who is driving 20 mph on a 40 mph street in front of you, it's easier said than done. So what can you do? How can you solve this issue of feeling self-conscious about your weight during sex? Let's look into 4 factors that will improve your self-confidence about your weight while engaging in pleasurable fun.
Open up to your partner about the issue
How can your relationship thrive without discussing things that bother you? Two words: It can't! If you're thinking more about how gigantic your thighs are than enjoying sexual fun with your mate, then that is an issue that needs to be discussed with them. By opening up to them, it will remove a huge burden off of your shoulders. Besides, you may have found out that he or she like those big thighs!
Realize everyone has body fat
Despite how fit you are, men and women both have parts on their physiques that body fat decides to call home. I assure you that your partner has body fat in areas that they could careless for as well. The only people who don't any body fat on them? Dead people.
Being self-conscious equals bad sex
Feeling uncomfortable with your physical appearance takes the joy out of sex. Your partner can sense when you're not comfortable; thus, making sex seem like a chore. Unless you're 1 out of million people who enjoy doing chores, stop feeling self-conscious. At least to do that to get better sex!
Try endermologie for weight loss
Nothing beats diet and exercise in order to lose weight. Nonetheless, cellulite can still appear despite weight loss; thus, still leaving you feeling self-conscious about your body. If you want to permanently remove cellulite, go to an endermologie weight loss center. Endermologie has been proven to remove cellulite and sculpt bodies without surgery, so check it out. The sooner you do, the sooner sex will get back to being fun again! After all its more fun to talk about weight when you're thin then than to talk about it when you're overweight.

How To Fix Your Slow Metabolism

IF you are like most women over 30, the words "I can't lose weight because of my slow metabolism" have probably come out of your mouth at least once. Being a woman over 45 myself I can promise you that fixing a slow metabolism is much easier than you might think and it doesn't involve hours of tedious cardio, starving yourself or working out 6 days a week.
First, if you want to get rid of that stubborn fat from your butt, thighs and arms and lose those last 10 -15 lbs, you must STOP with the steady state cardio immediately. No more treadmills, elipticals or steppers. Conventional aerobic exercises are not very effective ways to lose weight and will train your body to STORE fat on top of inhibiting your fat burning hormones.
Study after study over the past 10 years show the efficacy of metabolic resistance and high intensity interval training techniques and over steady state cardio.
In the last 10 years, research has shown us two very important things about exercising for fat loss. First, lifting your body weight or heavier weights using total body movements lead to burning more calories after the workout when compared to old school lifting programs or cranking out rep after rep with a light weight.
Second, the more muscles you use during an exercise, the more calories you burn during your workout and after. A study of women showed that when they used heavier weights and lower reps for compound movements they burned more calories in the hours after training. This is called EPOC. (Exercise post oxygen consumption)
Doing hours and hours of "cardio" each week is a great way to go nowhere in your fat loss program while wasting a lot of time and most likely incurring injury. Stop worrying about exercising in a certain heart rate zone for fat loss or for cardiovascular endurance or how many miles you walk.
Unless you have nothing better to do with yourself than spend 5 plus hours a week doing cardio with minimal results (which, long term lead to joint damage on top of fat storage) there are far more effective ways to reach your goals.
Step 1: Forget about how many calories the machine says you've burned (they are rarely accurate), it's all about MAXIMUM calorie burn and EPOC
Step 2: Get off the Elliptical, treadmills and steppers for good.
Step 3: Choose the right total body exercises for your body type, fitness level and goals, exercise at the right intensity, and perform shorter bouts of metabolism-boosting interval training.
Step 4: Eat to burn more fat which is a topic for a whole other blog post but will account for 70 ish % of your results and includes eating more protein, good fats and limiting processed foods.
Simply put, If you want to speed your metabolism and reshape your body do this
  1. Eat More Protein, more vegetables and fewer processed foods
  2. Step away from the treadmills, steppers and ellipticals
  3. Start a fitness program that includes plenty of high intensity interval training and whole body resistance training

Banish Belly Fat - How Quickly and Effectively Can You Banish Belly Fat?

Belly fat is very common and you certainly are not the only one that suffers from it. But you are ready for change. You are ready to banish your belly fat once and for all. It is time to make a shift and make things happen.
Belly fat can be quite stubborn. You may even had it for many years. Or perhaps you are a new mom that can't quite get your belly back post-baby. Fat around the mid-section forms for a number of reasons. Diet, lack of exercise, stress, hormones, and age all contribute to excess fat around the abdomen.
Here are a few tips that will help you banish belly fat:
1. Eat whole foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables
2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day
3. Exercise by elevating your heart rate at least 4-5x per week for 30 minutes or more
4. Reduce mindless/random eating habits
Let's discuss diet and lifestyle a bit first. Being mindful means really examining what you are currently doing right now. Because let's face the facts, what you are doing right now is not getting you the body you want... sorry to sound harsh. Did you know that even if you consume an extra 100 calories a day (which is not hard to do), over a year span, you will gain 10 pounds of fat. This should be an eye opener for you. When you are mindful of your diet, you know exactly what is going into your body and you know your caloric needs based on your age, gender, activity level, and current weight. You don't need to go crazy with this, it's all about being mindful and taking the necessary action to get your desired results. It's not a punishment, it is actually a reward when you help your body. In addition, it is crucial to exercise and increase your heart rate at least 30 minutes each day 4-5x a week.
Last but not least, in order to banish your belly fat, you must provide your body with exactly what it needs to perform at its best. Doing this will reduce fat, tighten and tone your belly, and make you feel and look amazing inside and out.
When you provide your body with exactly what it needs, you will:
1. Metabolize fat cells
2. Improve metabolic function
3. Alkalize your body
4. Lose excess fat
5. Tighten and tone specific target areas
If you are ready to get results, I am ready to help you.

How to Break Unhealthy Eating Habits?

Are you plagued by unhealthy eating habits? Unhealthy eating habits can make you feel bloated and fatigued. Food should fuel your energy and not make you feel worse than you were before you ate. Most people develop bad eating habits during their childhood. That is why it hard for them to change their eating habits. It can be hard, but it is not impossible. Here are seven ways you can change your unhealthy eating habits.
1. Do Not Rush
It takes you years to develop an unhealthy eating habit. Therefore, it may take you years to break one. Do not look for a quick fix, because there isn't one. You will not be able to change a lifetime of habits overnight. Therefore, instead of doing a complete overhaul of your diet, you should gradually introduce yourself to healthy eating habits. You are more likely to adapt to the new habits and permanently keep them. Plus, if you focus on breaking one habit at a time you will not feel overwhelmed and become tempted to forgo the whole transition.
2. Have a Positive Attitude
Choosing healthy foods over your favorites can be difficult. You will need a positive attitude to help you get through it. Thus, you should focus on the delicious foods you can eat and try to forget all the foods you cannot eat. Also, think about all the positive things you will gain by switching your diet. This can keep you motivated and on the right back to breaking your unhealthy eating habits by removing the foods containing extra fats and calories from your diet.
3. Keep Your Commitment
You cannot rush the change, but you have to stay committed to seeing it through. Change does not happen overnight. That is why it is important to stay committed to your new diet. Pick the healthier foods by determining what your motivation is. Your motivations can help you stay committed and on track. Do you want to change your diet, because you want more energy? Are you trying to prevent developing diseases like type 2 diabetes? When you adopt a healthier lifestyle, you have to be committed to it. You need goals to keep you on track. Most of all, you need something to motivate you.
4. Love the Small Changes
You should focus on the small changes. Most people get caught up in trying to reach the big goal that they ignore the small triumphs. Small goals add up. For example, drinking one less soda a day is a good goal to start off with when you are transitioning your eating habits. Once you set and accomplish one small goal, set another one and go from there.
5. Set Smart Goals
Your goals need to be smart. There are five attributes to a smart goal. Your goal has to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. Do not set goals that are too optimistic and overarching. They can set you up for failure, because when you do not complete it, you will feel defeated and want to give up. Setting small goals is the way to go. They are attainable goals, and they will boost your confidence. They should be well defined and have a start and end date. For example, say that you will increase the amount of fruit you eat on a daily basis by 5 grams. You can start by adding fruit to your breakfast and having it for a snack.
6. Have A Weekly Plan
If you do not have a plan, you are planning to fail. You need a weekly plan to help you stay on track. You should never go a week without a healthy eating plan. Create a grocery list that only has healthy foods. Do not deviate from that list when you go to the store. Also, plan out your meals. When you do not know what to eat, you will resort to picking unhealthy foods. You should also set times for your meals and your snacks.
7. Do Not Buy Trigger Foods
You cannot be tempted to eat unhealthy foods if they are not in your home. Make sure your purge your home of all your temptations. In a weak moment, you may be tempted to give in and eat the foods.
Eating healthy can be difficult. First, you have to overcome a lifetime of unhealthy eating habits. The journey will be long and hard, but the health benefits are unmeasurable. Stay committed, set your goal, and keep a plan to succeed.

Do Diet Pills Really Work? Are They Safe?

What is the first image that pops into your mind when you think of diet pills? I'm sure it varies for all of us, but for me, it's all the actors and actresses that have died from overdosing on them. I think another thought might be teenagers and young adults running around the house, sweating profusely, breathing heavy, and talking way too fast and too much.
Not all the diet pills out there today are like the pills of our parents. Not all contain massive caffeine or Ephedrine which are reminiscent of the old style. Now there are many formulas and if you're lucky enough to find one that helps you achieve the results you want without a bunch of freaky side effects, then good for you. The problem is, these can be kind of hard to find if you don't know where to look.
And while the chemicals found in some of the industry's hardcore formulas can cause heart palpitations, incredible anxiety, extreme nausea, and a whole host of other unpleasant symptoms, other pills have truly proven themselves to work wonders for some of their users.
The majority (if not all) of diet pills that can be deemed both safe and effective will be all natural formulations with strong antioxidant properties. These are great because they may help you lose weight the right way. Instead of trying to fuel up your metabolism with a bunch of chemicals, antioxidants actually remove toxins from your body.
And guess what your body's greatest defense against toxins is... storing fat! Extra fat blocks toxins from damaging your organs, tissues, and blood vessels. Essentially, your body holds onto more and more fat in order to save your life! So if you get rid of the toxins, your body no longer has a reason to store extra fat, and off it comes. That's pretty cool, right? These antioxidant-rich diet pills will usually contain large amounts of green tea, resveratrol, acai, maqui, and goji extracts.
Another category of "natural" diet pills would fall into the category of "detoxification pills," and would include such things as colon cleansers, liver cleansers, blood cleansers, and total body cleansers. Often, these types of diet pills will create a sense of healthy renewal and well-being within the individual who takes them... quite the opposite of the effects experienced by people who go the chemical route.
Unfortunately, diet pills by themselves are simply not enough to give you the results you're after. There's not a single diet pill on the planet that I would recommend over a healthy way of eating and an activity plan that works your body and puts a smile on your face at the same time.
Diet pills are supplements, and as such are intended to be used to supplement a responsible, healthy lifestyle. Lifestyle always comes first. Remember that and live by it, and you will be much more effective in reaching your health and weight loss goals.

Are There Any Diets That Work Fast and Are Healthy?

Can you eat healthy and still lose weight fast? Yes, but remember you didn't gain the weight in one day so don't expect to lose it in a day. In this article we'll discuss a few diet options that are healthy and have been proven the most effective consistently.
I'm sure you've read many diet plans and supplements that say you'll lose about 3 to 4 pounds per month. That's it. Do you think maybe
they're telling you this so you keep buying their advice, recipes and pills?
The truth is that when you start feeding yourself the right foods and quit forcing your body to store fat, it will aim to reach its optimal weight and vitality levels EXTREMELY fast! How cool is that?
There are so many diet plans out there, which one should you choose? Many factors need to be put into play: how much weight do you want to lose? How fast do you want to lose it? Are you willing to sacrifice you're favorite foods and for how long?
Here are four diets for you to consider. They have been proven to be fast and effective. They are listed with #1 being the most extreme and #4 being the "easiest." Please use your common sense and see a doctor if you're planning to lose a large amount of weight.
1. The Raw Food Diet - This healthy diet plan is exactly as the name implies. Raw fruits, veggies, and herbs along with their fresh squeezed juices. Raw nuts and seeds. Organic sprouts. Superfoods such as bee pollen, goji, and spirulina. You can undoubtedly enjoy ultra fast weight loss and perhaps even sustain a healthy body weight long-term, provided you're willing to adhere to an "off the beaten path" type of lifestyle.
2. Veganism - Love animals, but never on your dinner plate! Veganism, as most of us know, is a 100% animal-free diet. Unfortunately, this doesn't necessarily suggest that your diet is healthy, as you could theoretically eat Skittles all day and still be going vegan. Read up on healthy veganism and follow a proven plan.
3. The Mediterranean Diet - Do you love crisp, green veggies? How about extra virgin olive oil? Fresh fish? If you follow this extremely healthy diet plan, not only can you lose weight very quickly, but you can expect to enjoy clear and radiant skin, bright eyes, nice hair, and a longer life!
4. The Paleo Diet - Eat like a caveman! That's their motto. This is a very flexible diet that allows you to eat fresh lean meat, fruits and veggies, certain whole grains, and basically anything that can be hunted or harvested in Nature.
Check out these diets, determine which one is for you, and then go for it. Good luck!
